  • Rents Saturday to Saturday for weekly stays over the Summer
  • Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
  • Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm
  • Check-out is by 10 am.
  • Please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure; check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced.

Parking Information

  • 2 Assigned Parking Spaces Labeled 0205 - Under Building
  • Guest parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Ocean Dunes covered parking is not suitable for large SUVs; for large vehicles, please use visitor parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking pass is required.
  • There are no facilities at Ocean Dunes for charging golf carts.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age to rent is 25 years.
  • No pets allowed.
  • No events allowed, including weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and sorority/fraternity events.
  • Children allowed.
  • A valid government photo ID is required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency constitutes acceptance of the rental agreement.

Fees and Payments

  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
    • After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.
    • After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Linens (sheets and towels) are provided and will be wrapped in sealed packages and placed on the end of the beds.
  • The Rec Center pool is open year-round except for holidays or any routine or emergency maintenance scheduled at the Rec Center.
  • Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; pool closures may be mandated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.
